Saved!

Revelation 5:1-9:21

But one of the twenty-four elders said to me, “Stop weeping! Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the heir to David’s throne, has won the victory. He is worthy to open the scroll and its seven seals.” Revelation 5:5

He had won the victory. The victory had made Him worthy to open the scroll and is seven seals. In all the Earth, in all of creation, no one but Jesus is worthy to open the scroll that unfolds the judgements upon the Earth. All because HE died for US. How blessed are we to have the seal of the Almighty God upon our foreheads? Hallelujah! We are SAVED!

Tamar: How can we Know we have or do not have His mark upon our Foreheads? I know you’ve heard me say this before, in Disciple Bible Study one and two, some 5 years ago now, but I am still not sure and ask Jesus every night to answer my lack of faith in this, Tim

    • I will do some scripture searching and try to post it this week for you. That is an AWESOME question! Right now my brain is spitting out scriptures!

    • 1 John 5:13 says,  I have written this to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life. That tells me that there is PROOF in His word that will give us confidence in knowing were saved by His Grace.
There is so much more spinning around in my head, so, in order to best answer your question and the unasked questions of others, I’ll try to post a more complete answer at some point this week.
GREAT QUESTION TIM! THANK YOU FOR ASKING IT!

Tamar: Thank you for the 1 John 5 quote! Then as I lay down to read Upper Room devotional before my MS nap, I read the April 13th Text Luke 15: 4 to 10 where Jesus tells parable of One Lost Sheep of100 & One Lost Coins of 10 which ends v. 10″In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angles of God over one sinner who repents.”

      • I pray God would help you to KNOW your salvation. 😀
